What a bulk email mailbox costs

The fewer mailboxes on a domain, the less exposed it is. Everything else is the same on every tier: a random domain from the pool, IMAP / SSL 993, CSV / TXT export, the same volume discounts.
Larger orders pay less per inbox — the discount is applied automatically at checkout.
What each term costs
The price on the cards is per year. The term is chosen at checkout: the longer it is, the more the mailbox costs — and the less often you have to come back to it.

"Permanent" means the mailbox has no term of its own: it lives as long as we keep renewing its domain.
Which tier for which job
Receiving mail, IMAP access, webmail and list export are identical across all three. One thing differs — how many mailboxes share a domain, which is how exposed that domain is in other people’s sign-ups.
Mass — disposable
Up to 30,000 mailboxes per domain. Taken when you need to receive one confirmation code and never return to the account: sign-ups at smaller services, form testing, one-off subscriptions.
Standard — work
Up to 15,000 mailboxes per domain — half the neighbours. The sensible middle when the account will live a while: sign-in alerts and password resets will keep arriving at the address.
Premium — protected
Up to 5,000 mailboxes per domain — six times fewer neighbours than Mass. For accounts you would hate to lose, and for services that look harder at the domain.
How the price is worked out
The discount applies to the whole order at once, automatically, at the highest threshold it reaches. There is nothing to ask for.
- 500 Standard mailboxes for a year: 500 × $0.008 = $4.00, the "from 100" threshold takes 20% off → $3.20 for the order.
- 5,000 Mass mailboxes for a year: 5,000 × $0.006 = $30.00, the "from 1000" threshold takes 35% off → $19.50 for the order.
- The same 5,000 Mass mailboxes, permanent: the per-mailbox price is ×2.5, so $0.015 → $48.75 after the same discount.
Questions about price
- Is the price on the card per year or permanent?
- Per year. The term is chosen at checkout: two years is a ×1.4 multiplier, three years ×1.7, permanent ×2.5. The exact figures for each tier are in the table above.
- How is the volume discount applied?
- Automatically at payment, to the whole order at once, at the highest threshold it reaches: 20% off from 100 mailboxes, 35% from 1,000, 50% from 10,000. Thresholds do not stack — an order of 1,200 is priced at 35% off, not 20% plus 35%.
- Can one order mix tiers?
- No — one order, one tier, one term. If you need both Mass and Premium, place two orders; each one’s discount is worked out from its own quantity.
- Is this a subscription? Will I be charged again?
- No. Payment is once per order, there are no recurring charges, and the card is not stored for repeat payments.
- What differs between the tiers apart from price?
- Only domain density: up to 30,000 mailboxes per domain on Mass, 15,000 on Standard, 5,000 on Premium. Mailbox size is 24 MB on Mass and Standard, 30 MB on Premium. Receiving, IMAP, webmail and list export are the same everywhere.
- What happens if a domain leaves the pool?
- Mail already received is preserved in the archive and stays readable in your dashboard. If a mailbox stopped working through our fault inside the paid term, a like-for-like replacement or a refund is issued on request — the terms are in the refund policy.
- Can I get a refund?
- Within 24 hours of payment, provided the mailboxes have not been used. Refunds are credited to your account balance in USDT — money is not returned to a card or wallet. Details are in the refund policy.
- Can I choose the domain?
- No, the domain is assigned automatically from the shared pool. That is deliberate: an order is spread across several domains so trouble with one does not touch the whole list.
