Mailcraft — email mailboxes on our own domains
We help developers, marketers and QA engineers receive confirmation codes and signup links on addresses that we control, not on public disposable-mail providers.
Mailcraft is an email-mailbox rental service running on a pool of our own domains. Unlike popular "temp mail" services, every Mailcraft domain belongs to the project, is correctly configured (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and isn't on the blacklists used by major signup flows.
The Client buys the number of mailboxes they need under a chosen tariff — Mass for 30 days, Standard and Premium with no time limit — and receives them in the personal account within a few minutes of payment. Each mailbox is reachable via the web interface and over IMAP.
The project is built for users who depend on reliable email delivery: QA teams, marketplace specialists, agencies that need working mailboxes for project signups. The service is not intended for sending spam or any other illegal activity — that is explicitly prohibited by the Terms of Service.
What we take seriously
Our own domains
Hundreds of domains in active rotation. DNS records are configured through Cloudflare; domains are warmed up and reputation-checked before joining the pool.
Our own infrastructure
The Mailcow mail stack runs on our own servers in Europe. No third-party SaaS providers between the Service and the Client's mail.
Encryption and privacy
IMAP passwords are stored encrypted (Laravel Crypt); user passwords are stored as bcrypt hashes. Traffic is protected by TLS, data access is isolated per account.
Transparent terms
An open public offer, a clear refund policy, payment by crypto or card. No hidden charges, no surprise auto-renewals.
