Public Offer for Mailcraft services

Effective date: May 12, 2026

1. General provisions and definitions

This document is a public offer (the Offer) within the meaning of Articles 633, 641 and 642 of the Civil Code of Ukraine, addressed to an unlimited audience.

Payment by the Client for any order placed on the Service constitutes an unconditional and complete acceptance of this Offer and automatically establishes a service contract between the Provider and the Client.

2. Subject of the contract

The Provider undertakes to grant the Client access to email mailboxes hosted on the Provider's domains, in the quantity, at the tariff and for the duration chosen by the Client when placing the order. The Client undertakes to pay for the service at the tariffs in force at the time of order placement.

The service is deemed delivered at the moment the ordered mailboxes are successfully generated and shown in the Client's account.

3. Pricing and payment terms

The price of a single mailbox under each tariff is shown in the "Buy mailboxes" section of the personal account. Volume discounts are applied automatically based on the number of mailboxes ordered.

The base price of the service is denominated in US dollars (USD). Accepted payment methods are USDT (TRC-20) and other cryptocurrencies supported by the connected payment providers, as well as bank card via a connected acquiring bank.

For card payments via MonoPay (Monobank Acquiring) the actual charge is made in Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH) at the National Bank of Ukraine exchange rate at the time of payment; the UAH amount is displayed in the payment form before the transaction is confirmed.

All bank, exchange and network fees are paid by the Client in addition to the price of the service unless stated otherwise on the payment page.

4. Order placement and execution

The Client selects a tariff, a style for the local part of the address (Slavic or English) and a quantity of mailboxes. The system calculates the total price, applying discounts, and offers to pay for the order.

Once payment is confirmed by the payment provider, the Service automatically generates the mailboxes and shows them in the personal account. Normal order fulfilment time is up to 5 minutes; in exceptional cases up to 24 hours.

The specific domain for each mailbox is chosen automatically by the Service from the shared pool; the Client may not demand a mailbox on a particular domain of their choosing.

5. Rights and obligations of the parties

The Provider undertakes to keep the infrastructure operational 24/7 (allowing for scheduled maintenance windows), to safeguard the confidentiality of user data and to respond to support requests in a timely manner.

The Client undertakes to use the Service strictly for purposes that do not contravene Ukrainian law and the Terms of Service, not to share account access with third parties and to promptly report any detected breaches.

The Provider may suspend or terminate the service in case of a breach by the Client, substantiated complaints from rightsholders or demands from state authorities.

6. Liability of the parties

The Provider's liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the specific order under which the claim arose. The Provider is not liable for lost profits or indirect damages.

The Client bears full responsibility for actions performed using their mailboxes, including towards any third parties whose services the Client signs up to.

7. Force majeure

The parties are released from liability for failure to perform their obligations if such failure results from circumstances of force majeure: declared or undeclared hostilities, acts of state authorities, outages of backbone communications, epidemics, natural disasters.

Force majeure circumstances must be confirmed by an authorized body (for example, the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry).

8. Term and termination

The Offer takes effect when published at /offer and remains in force indefinitely until withdrawn by the Provider.

A contract concluded by acceptance of this Offer remains in force until the parties have fully performed their obligations. The Client may at any time stop using the service by deleting their account. Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.

9. Dispute resolution

Disputes between the parties are resolved through negotiations. If no agreement is reached the dispute is referred to the court at the Provider's place of registration in accordance with the law of Ukraine.

Written notices and claims are sent to contact{'@'}mailcraft.org and are deemed received at the moment the message is delivered to the recipient's mail server.
